the impoartance of vitamin b-6

Its All Genetics

New member
hey guys im aout to hop into a test e dbols deca cycle here and i got some b-6 because i heard it helps to block the conversion of deca to estrogen.....?
is this true, anyone here run b-6 when they are on deca or tren?

From all the research I've done, all the b vitamins contribute to a variety of health issues related to steroid use. Supplementing too much of one specific b vitamin can lead to an imbalance of other b vitamins, which could lead to some of the effects you're trying to avoid. If you're going to take heavy doses of one, take heavy doses of them all (b-complex). This is just what I've found so far. I could be wrong though.

Vitamin B1 (thiamine) – recommended intake 50 mg/day
Helps the body release energy from carbohydrates. Helps with growth and
muscle tone.
Best sources of vitamin B1 are: fortified cereals and oatmeal, meats, rice,
pasta, whole grains, and liver

Vitamin B2 (riboflavin) – recommended intake 15 mg/day
Helps the body release energy from protein, fat, and carbohydrates.
Best sources of vitamin B2 are: whole grains, green leafy vegetables, organ
meats, milk, and eggs.

Vitamin B3 (niacin) – recommended intake 25 mg/day
Involved in carbohydrate, protein, and fat metabolism
Best sources of vitamin B3 are: meat, poultry, fish, enriched cereals,
peanuts, potatoes, dairy products, and eggs.

Vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid) – recommended intake 10 mg/day
Helps in release of energy from fats and carbohydrates.
Best sources of vitamin B5 are: meats, whole grains, legumes, fruits, and
vegetables.

Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) – recommended intake 15 mg/day
Helps build body tissue and aids in metabolism of protein.
Best sources of vitamin B6 are: fish, poultry, lean meats, bananas, prunes,
beans, whole grains, and avocados.

Vitamin B12 (cobalamin) – recommended intake 6 mcg/day
Aids cell development, functioning of the nervous system, and the
metabolism of protein and fat.
Best sources of vitamin B12 are: meats, dairy products, and seafood.

thank you very much or in the info on the b vitamin.
yes i have heard if you take too much of one it will mess it all up.

but no one knows about b-6 and it acting almost like a " nolva" against the conversion of a certain female hormone specifically with the anabolic steroids deca and tren?

someone told me this and i wasnt sure if they were way off. if u vets out there have never heard of it then i will dis regard taking the b-6

It actually reduces prolactin build up associated with deca and tren. Just take tons of all the b-vitamins (b complex) and you'll be fine.
