Thats why i was askin, i have saw alot of shit about this kind of protocol with supposedly great results. i understand with the half life the multi per day, daily injects do make obvious sense. And thats why i also messaged you about how you did it. why and for what did you do 3 times a week for instead of daily?
 
The biggest problem with doing it multiple times per day and/or using IV is the fact that you have to use it at a time you don't have carbs circulating in your body. Carbs prohibit the HGH from crossing over and generating it's full effect. That is why it is best to take in first thing in the morning on an empty stomach and 45 mins before eating anything. You would really have to juggle your food intake around significantly if you want to get the most out of the HGH use.

Quick question. I'm 40 and still hard in to sports and weights. I can't seem to get healed up. I like the idea of taking GH for general life improvement and weight loss but what my real goal is to heal from injuries, ligaments and such. I have blue tops that to the best of my knowledge are good quality. I was thinking of taking 3iu's twice a day for a total of 6iu's. Actually it would be a 3 day cycle because of my job. Days 1 and 2 I will take 3iu's twice a day. Once upon waking and once post workout. Day 3 I will just take GH in the morning upon waking. Because of my job it would be hard to take another does in the afternoon on day 3.

Do you think that's a good plan? Also I usually follow my workout with a protein shake immediately. Should I hold off on the shake, or obviously eating any thing, until an hour after the injection? I really don't want to become a Type II diabetic. General rule of thumb 2 hours before and 1 hour after eating? Thanks in advance.

I don't know. Should it? Depends on what YOU think you should be doing.

How do you know your HGH is 6mg? When I use Serostim, I use 3ius daily which is 1mg and that is really all I need to use. Anything more brings about side effects. But other brands, I have no idea what the mg strength on them are. Of course, I can't say what your tolerance may or may not be. You may use more or may get more sides from a lesser dose. I would start with 1mg of Serostim daily for the first month and see how you tolerate it.
 
Thanks its actually 10mg 30iu premixed i was just using the 6mg as a reference as u mentioned it,il use 3iu which equates to 1mg if no sides il remain at this as fat loss is main target
 
Hi. Good posts. Ive just started 4 iu per day combined with 3 x 100mcg ghrp6 per day. Will keep guys posted on my progress.

One question. I feel like a human pin cushion. Can hgh be injected into any subcutaneous tissue or just around they belly button ?!
 
As far as i know sc is anywer u pinch skin an hit above muscle an just beneath skin,sure i read sumwer though different areas have different absorption rates an belly is fastest then triceps then top thighs though i could be talking out my ass buh i hav that in my head,sure sum1 will pop in who knows

You are not allowed to talk of such things I am pretty sure. HOWEVER, at the moment I would stay away from mr K and his kigs since there are massive bunk reports. A little birdie told my that. Just looking out for you bro.

I use generic blue tops at 8ius a day. It's definitely working. Eat whatever, keep getting leaner. I took a 10iu shots a few days in a row and I felt my head and my bones aching, almost like growing pains! HGH is one of the most controversial things out there though. Sometimes you get the full 10ius in a vial, other times it's a measley 3 ius in a 10iu vial, sometimes you get overdosed vials...othertimes its nothing but sugar! Scary to think about it. However, I'm definitely seeing results (and sleeping like a baby) so I'm sticking with my current blue tops for now.
 
should I run T3 or T4 with GH?
They are similiar, you have to dose T4 in a certain way so that it is the same dosage as T3 because it has to convert...I think it's 4:1 but research it.
I use T3 for the simplicity. 25mcg a day is doing me fine while adding mass.

Yeah that's what I saw too. T3 @25mcg/day or T4@100mcg/day
 
Question:
Currently taking hgh for about 7 weeks. 4iu per day. Limited side effects. Been taking 4 iu either first thing in the morning or post workout.

I am thinking of increasing dosages to 7 to 8 iu. People thoughts please. Bulking here. Visibly loosing excess weight on 4iu

I have been taking 4iu in one shot, if I increase to 8 iu. Would it be best to split twice or four times a day ?'

4 to 5 iu one shot is fine 8 iu I would split 4am and then again 2 pm between meals , that's how I was doing it anyways
 
Hi guys, just wanted to say I love this thread.

I'm a 30 yr old male, I've been taking Omnitrope HGH for about 6 months now. In the beginning stages I was taking 2iu to restore my levels, my doctor then had me lower to 1iu and now I'm at 0.7iu per day. Initially I was lifting and it was working great. I was getting amazing sleep and felt so sharp when I woke up. Besides the physical benefits, mentally my thinking and memory got very sharp. Recently though, I got diagnosed with severe sleep apnea because I would woke up with dry mouth in the middle of the night so I went for a sleep study and I was diagnosed with that. So I don't know if there's a connection but just by doing some searching I read that using HGH can cause tissue to grow around your neck which could cause blockage of air in the night. Sleep is very important to me and using HGH did lower my weight and gave me some benefits; I think I will start doing cardio and stop the lifting altogether and hope this illness goes away. I have an appointment with my doctor next week to talk to him about not using HGH anymore. On another note, HGH is now very hard to come by legally in NJ/NY, my doctor told me that he would switch me over to Sermorelin if I ever run out but I have plenty for months :) I just don't know if I should keep taking this stuff.

this baby felt so much different than anything else i've ever tried even at only 3iu daily.
 
I've been running hgh for 2 months now, started last week with 25mcg of T3 daily. My question would be for how long do i run the T3?, my plan is to run hgh for at least 12 months.
I do 2.5iu when i wake uo and 2.5iu around 5pm, same routine for 4 days and i rest the 5th day. After my rest day i start all over again so is kind of like 4 on 1 off and start again.
 
First post. But I'm curious as to the eating part. Why? I've always read that one should pin with breakfast? Thought that was pretty generally accepted. I pin every morning 5iu red top generic. Dropped 10lbs the first week nd strength has been skyrocketing since

Ive been on legit pharm grade script GH for over two years at 21iu weekly and now Im on 15mg week (I dont know what iu that works out to), ive never experienced massive drops in weight that fast or crazy strength increases...if anything I think its just slow and steady help with recovery, nothing impressive. I think for most folks you are going to get way more bang for the buck getting some juice and doing a few cycles a year. For what a year of GH would cost go get some human grade Primo high dose and the best quality Var you can find and cycle that with Test twice a year and I bet you make better gains and drop more BF. Just my guess.

15mg = 45IU's
45IU's / 7 Days = 9IU's per day.
Your HGH = crap or fake.
Sorry bro but if its not doing anything on that dosage your getting riped off.

I just started the new dose last week after a 3 week break. Ive been on nearly non-stop for two years. Had a few vacations and taking it on the road is pain without a mini fridge or way to keep it cold in airports, so I decided to take break.

So yea Im only starting week #2 today on the 45iu week. The only thing I feel like has changed is my fingers feel a little bloated and I feel tired, but if I remember correctly when I started Omnitrope it felt that way a few weeks too.

Its not fake, its straight from national chain pharmacy :-) Its Norditropin Flexpro 10mg pens.

Maybe it will be a few weeks before I feel or see a big difference. Im sure its doing something, but I never have anything on GH or on blasts like 10lbs of fat drop in a week, or putting on 20lbs and dropping BF, and all the other testimonials I see on the forums of guys on roids or guys on GH.

I eat clean, train hard, and take in plenty of protein. I just dont blow up or get shredded on roid blasts like most seem to say they do or the claims folks get on GH. But Ive been pushing iron hard for 25 years, Im probably closer to my limits and making gains for a training age of 25 years is going to be much more difficult than someone with much less training under their belt. Im not complaining, I think the HRT and blasts are greatest for recovery allowing me to train often, and frequently do two or three sessions a day, a lift plus MMA classes once or twice a night. So Im probably getting lots of recovery help, as Im not training for size gains or trying to see how shredded I can get (although that would be cool haha).
