Yeah, I saw him on tv today at his hearing. He's short, or vertically challenged for the pc people here.
The thing that pisses me off is he was just released from prison in May for another rape. They even made him register as a level 3 offender. Meaning that it is likely that he will comit a similar crime.

Not only rape. He stabbed her in the arm and abdomen. He also stated he thought he would need some form of help for the rest of his life to a counselor in prison.

anyway, my point was that if this was some fat ugly kid, or if this was a black kid, there wouldn't be nearly as much publicity as there is now. being pretty and white has its advantages.
