So, what are yours tips to feel good (no need to mention what you're smoking
) ?
Here are 3 of mine :
* Music : I have burned a "feel good" CD with songs that could cheer up a suicidal man
* Diet : Tryptophan-rich foods. It's all about brain chemistry and it works
Serotonin rocks
* Cardio : a medium/long cardio session liberates endorphins and that's good ! Weightlifting also works great
