I thought it was a damn good trick myself! I am very quick at separating egg yolks because I have been doing it so long but this is a bad ass trick...

Very cool. But the yolks make the egg a more complete protein so you should always have at least one in there. Also,the cholesterol nourishes hormones development.

I agree. I like to keep my fat low, but I still throw one to two whole eggs in with my cup of egg whites each morning

I'm confused... Where did I say anywhere in here that you couldn't have a whole egg in there... I didn't post this for debate, it's to help others...
