"The Exorcist"

Any fans? I'm just watching the 2000 version here for the first time, and I just realized a few things, after seeing this flick a million times.

1. When she turns her head 1/2-way around and says "do you know what she did, your cunting daughter"? She is speaking in the voice of the director who got really drunk at the party, and started calling Kris McNeils butler a Nazi. I guess he was the one she threw out the window. I never noticed that before. I just thought it was the Demons voice.

2. When Regan comes down the stairs at the party, and urinates on the carpet, I always thought she said "Im going to die up there". But she says "you're going to die up there", and was speaking to the Astronaut who was at the party.

Who knew? Btw, do you horror movie freaks(like myself) rate this as the "Scariest movie of all time" or what? To me it is way more disturbing than actually scarey. To me scarey was "Halloween" when i first saw it. The scenes when he is chasing her across the street and she has to throw that flower pot up at the window to wake up that dumbass kid, was so damn intense, and way nerve-racking. Another example might be the maze scene in "The Shining". "The Exorcist" and "The Omen" are more psychological horror to me. So whatcha think?

God damn it, son of a bitch. I've seen The Exorcist 10 times and every time I get some big ass goosebumps and chills. Those white demon faces scare the seven shades of shit out of me. That movie is so damn scary from the opening scene to credits. One of the scariest parts is the scene in the language lab (or what do you call that in America...) The demon's voice is scary as hell...

I must agree with " ahem whatageek"!!! That is a well made horror flick. The Excorcist II was scary also.
