Funny thread...No one in chat fourm here workout much more then there typing skills!You should of posted this were real ppl workout. In the gear or weightlifting fourm....Good start for the new year lol....

$150.00 is not too bad for spending it on food & supplements per month.

No no no, I highlighted supps. That's for protein, creatine, & a host of vit's.
There's 4 in my house, so if you include food, which isn't specifically tailored to me, it's another $125 per month.
That's Canadian Dollar's too.
I'm starting some fat burners this month, so that'll up it by $30-$40

5, gain muscle, i lillte over $100, When prepping for a contest I take protien, glutamine, no2, bcaa's, hydroxycut, animal paks, multivitamins, and flax seed oil to name a few.
