I went to a nutricionist, I told her I wanna get cut but I want to avoid as much as possible muscle loss and I dont care if will take months to get cut as long as I have a minimun muscle loss. She calculate my bodyfat and Im 7%. She said "Im going to give u a diet that you will burn fat and will gain a little bit of lean body mass" and I said ok and she gave me a diet that is

Breakfast meal 1: 200ml of regular yogurt(not fat free)
2 slice of whole wheat bread
2tbls of cottage cheese (low fat)
2 medium apples

Meal 2: 2 scoop of whey
1 serving(40gr) oatmeal
1tbls flax seed meal

Lunch Meal 3: 120gr of brown rice
+ borcholi, spinach or other veggies
40gr of black beans
150gr of meat/chicken/turkey/tuna/salmon etc
(I eat extra lean meat, chicken or turkey)
200ml orange juice + 1 apple

before workout: 2 scoop of myght one(optimum nut.)
(420 calories 1gr fat, 92gr carbs & 10gr ptotein)

after workout: 1 scoop of mighty one
(210 calories 0,5gr fat, 46gr carbs & 5gr protein)

Meal 4 : 2 slice whole wheat bread
1 tblsp cottage cheese(low fat)
200ml of fat free yogurt

Dinner meal 5: 120gr of brow rice or pasta
+ veggies
150gr ofmeat/chicken/turkey/tuna/salmon
( I eat salmon)
200ml orange juice + 1 apple

Total calories: 3566cal
25% of protein
62% of carbs
13% of fat

I have a list that the doctor gave me that I can change the fruit Im going to eat. I've been eating strawberries, pears, banana and kiwi). BTW Im using 1 sus amp + 75gr fina EOD + T3... I did this diet for 2 weeks, I got VERY pumped but I felt bloated!!! Im doing cardio on an empty stomach EOD for 40 minutes. Im getting more cut but on a slow pace. I wasnt craving sweet food at all BUT after 2 weeks on this diet I decided to swithc to a low carb diet eating 100gr of carbs per day 350gr protein and a good amount of good fats(EFA). Im on this low carb diet now and its been 2 weeks and obviosuly and much more cut than 2 weeks ago when I was following the doctor's diet. Nutrition wise I think the doctor''s diet gives all the vitamins and minerals a person need and the low carb diet not. The doctor said the body need a balance of carb/fat/protein so the matabolism burn fat. This diet is not like The Zone diet cause The Zone diet is 30% fat, 30% protein 40% carbs. I told the doctor that most people say that milk hide the cut look but she said thats a myth. Do u guys agree?
Why she gave me so much carbs pre-workout?!?! Does someone here eat that much carb pre-workout?!? And she gave me almost no protein after the workout. I dont see a point for it. Im going to be back to see the doctor in 10 days... What should I ask the doctor to add/remove from my diet? THANKS!!!

you are or are not cut? 7% body fat is very low. am i missing something?

if your on sus, fina, and t3 you will never know if your diet is working, it's the drugs doing the work.

Bullshit. What a bogus thing to say. You revolve your diet plan around drugs and you will look like shit. Revolve your diet plan around the structure of diet and training(and throwsome drugs in there to help and to prevent muscle loss) and you will see results.

It looks OK, from a nutrition standpoint, but definately too many carbs for a real cutting effect. If I were you I'd stick with the low carb approach to leaning out.

Milk is high in sugar, lactose, which is a simple sugar, and not conducive to shedding fat.

It's good to include fruits every now and again, but you have too much there I think. There's alot of apples and OJ there. Granted fruits are good for you, but they are still high in fructose, which is still a simple sugar, get you vitamins and minerals from more vegetable instead of fruit.

Try to make all of your carb intake come from sources like whole wheat bread, oatmeal and yams: complex carbs.

And definately jack up your post-workout protein intake.

straight up. You are not at 7%. If you are, there is no fat on your abs. If you do by some disgusting genetic bullshit have fat on your abs, it is A2 related and you can get rid of it with yohimburn. At 7%, you should have veins in your lower abs.

Post some pics. I'd like to see you at 7%. This way we have a pre-pic to judge before you get down to what your definition of "cut" is (4%?).

agreed :D

7% with fat around the abs....something doesn't sound right...maybe he is thinking 17% :P

I'd lose the yogurt & cottage cheese, the OJ and the apples, add more protein (how about some egg whites) and like gsxr1000 said look into better carb choices.

Have you read up on Mr X's manuals yet?

This diet is trash...

what's your weight for so many calories? why so many carbs?

Don't waste your time, just stick to any other diet but this one.

Mr.X

Try a 40-50/20-30/30 split of Protein/carbs/fat with 12 cals per pound

you quoted me up top and then called bullshit. was the bullshit at me? because if i read my post and then yours, your saying the same thing i am.

if you are calling bullshit on me when i say sus, fina, and t3 will rip you up regardless of diet your wrong. t3 will cut you up on it's own even if your eating garbage. be clear what your calling bullshit on because what i said is right. the stack he is using is going to cut bodyfat regardless so trying to figure out if his diet is working with that stack is impossible.

There is still a certain amt of dietary guidelines you should follor.. t3 will VERY MUCH increase your metabolic rate.. but a solid diet will only enhance these effects and provide you with the right ratios of macronutrients to rip you up.
