I have a list that the doctor gave me that I can change the fruit Im going to eat. I've been eating strawberries, pears, banana and kiwi). BTW Im using 1 sus amp + 75gr fina EOD + T3... I did this diet for 2 weeks, I got VERY pumped but I felt bloated!!! Im doing cardio on an empty stomach EOD for 40 minutes. Im getting more cut but on a slow pace. I wasnt craving sweet food at all BUT after 2 weeks on this diet I decided to swithc to a low carb diet eating 100gr of carbs per day 350gr protein and a good amount of good fats(EFA). Im on this low carb diet now and its been 2 weeks and obviosuly and much more cut than 2 weeks ago when I was following the doctor's diet. Nutrition wise I think the doctor''s diet gives all the vitamins and minerals a person need and the low carb diet not. The doctor said the body need a balance of carb/fat/protein so the matabolism burn fat. This diet is not like The Zone diet cause The Zone diet is 30% fat, 30% protein 40% carbs. I told the doctor that most people say that milk hide the cut look but she said thats a myth. Do u guys agree?
Why she gave me so much carbs pre-workout?!?! Does someone here eat that much carb pre-workout?!? And she gave me almost no protein after the workout. I dont see a point for it. Im going to be back to see the doctor in 10 days... What should I ask the doctor to add/remove from my diet? THANKS!!!
