Ok, here's the deal:

Bikinimom is engaged in a nasty divorce/custody battle type of thing.

Her ex and/or his lawyer have dug up stuff she has posted on this board IN THE PAST to use as dirt against her, possibly as some sort of evidence in front of a judge or in a trial.

Bikinimom naturally wants to do everything possible to keep her kids, and thinks or realizes that this dirt that her opposition has dug up can hurt her case. Therefore she proceeds to "flip out," causing all kinds of rumors to abound about how her account was hacked, no it wasn't, yadda yadda yadda.

Basically she is trying to prove her point that this is indeed just the internet, and you can't take what people say at face value.

This will hopefully (in her mind) neutralize one of the the opposition's main weapons, or what she thinks is one of their main weapons.

The clues are all there, I'm surprised no one has figured it out yet. Try actually reading her posts. She makes the same point over and over again. There are a lot of people making fools of themselves over this. It's funny, the peple that are being the most vehemently accusatory are the ones that are helping her cause the most.

It's also kind of fucked up because you'd like to think that you are really communicating with other people on some kind of honest level on EF, at least I certainly would. But she is kind of trying to throw it in your face that you can never truly believe anything you read on the internet, which is disheartening. I think it's a natural reaction to not want to believe that. I certainly believe that the majority of my interactions on EF have been honest and open. I have never tried to misrepresent myself on EF and I think that goes for most people on here.

I would also like to add that I have had no direct interaction (other than maybe posting to the same thread) with either the bikinimom persona or the real woman behind the persona.

That said, Bikinimom, I hope everything turns out ok and you get to keep your kids. Your ex sounds like a real creep.

You're probably right. But I wouldn't be so dramatic as to say she is causing anyone turmoil, at least not to people who really care about her who know the truth, whatever that may be. To everyone else, this should have just been regarded as a circus side show.

Maybe I am just realistic with a tinge of skepticism but I think it is fairly easy to tell who is on the level and who is not around here. I also make it a point never to believe everything I read or hear unless they are from people I know on a personal level or until I can confirm it to be true.

I didn't think so, which was why the very first postings about losing your children struck me as off the wall. Unless your husband is a pure white certified saint who Mother Teresa will testify has never even smoked a cigerette.

At age 19 I fought for and won full custody of my son, even though his mother and I had never been married, nor even lived together. Not only did I beat a woman for child custody (almost unheard of) but I also did it in the inhuman odds of my son being illigitmate. I have yet to hear of another case of this happening. So don't assume that you can not lose. You can. However, whatever your sins may be, if your husband contributed to or encouraged any of them, he is just as much at fault as you. The bad things is depending on what charges you and he level against each other, neither one of you may end up with custody. The state may assume guardianship in state custody or temporarily transfer guardianship to a maternal relative (like grandmother) of the children until the legal guardian (most likely 99.9999% would end up being you) finishes a state sponsored rehab or improvement course. (Normally which is a couple of meetings each week for 2-3 months for evaluation. Nothing like lock up or voluntary committement)

We have a member here who is going through a rough time in her life. She is a moderator. There are being threads put up all over this board and they are not being removed. The threads are VERY harsh and mean towards an Elite moderator.

Think about that.

A moderator gets trashed all over Elite and other mods don't delete the thread and George doesn't do anything about it either. Plain and simple...George, as well as several mods, know what is really going on. It is being left up here for a reason.

Everyone is making assumptions and lots of members are acting childish, mean, and hateful.
