Very true, but its not easy to have so much fortitude when a slew of officers come to your house, get in your face, LEGALLY lie to you, trick you into giving consent, in which case you have waived your rights which equals deep sh**t. Happens in 90% of all steroid busts. $40 before you get busted or $4,000 after. Easy choice I think.
