The day after the my shot...

my nipples feel or seem sensitive/irritated but after about 3-4days they feel normal again
I'm not sure if it's my imagination or not...is this common?

I'm 35 and been on hrt for about 1 month using just 1cc a week of test enethate

Add adex at 0.25 mg every 84 hours.

Split your dose into two shots a week

Ur having an estrogen spike after ur shot, u may split it into two half shots to ease the spike or add an AI like adex or letro to fight the estro buildup.

Thanks for the suggestions, I told my doc and he increased my test to 1.25 a week and said he wanted to hold off on the adex till he got my test levels up higher to see how I feel.
