"Albany County District Attorney David Soares said thousands of pages of documents and computer files seized during last week's raids across Florida are being sifted through by investigators. The materials may disclose more information about the business practices and customer lists of an Orlando pharmacy and several Internet-based health clinics that did business with the company.


It is illegal in New York to possess a controlled substance that has been illegally prescribed. Soares said prosecutors may use that as leverage to solicit cooperation in the case from people who purchased drugs from the half dozen companies under investigation."

He has to prove they were prescribed illegally. And from what I see, he can't. Personally I think the whole thing is going to blow up in his face. I'm still waiting to see how the patients or pharmacy broke the law.

I know Signiture first hand. Not due to scripts or gear but due to personal relations. They are honestly "by the books". I have known the couple for years now and I dont understand completely why this hs blown up to such a large mess.

I hope that they will come out unscathed. Signiture truly doesnt have much to worry about other than a tarnish to their name. The "clinics" are the people who should be worried. Signiture just filled scripts for the most part. That is their job.

Im sure my name is on that list, b/c I have used them legally as well.

I used them legally as well, Doc says all is fine, but I live somewhat near the area where they want to list patients. Not cool, and wondering if legally they can do that to guys/gals with legit scripts? Don't want my buds, and family reading my name and asking questions.
Would they publish all the names in the paper? Can they? Any thoughts.

i dont see how they could, those are your private medical records. but then again, its the law they can do what they want.

Thanks, I'll tell them it was some fertility drugs!!!!! They sure liketo/get around that doctor patient confidentiality..just find the pharmacy!!!
