The DA to call customers of Signature Pharmacy to testify

I used them legally as well, Doc says all is fine, but I live somewhat near the area where they want to list patients. Not cool, and wondering if legally they can do that to guys/gals with legit scripts? Don't want my buds, and family reading my name and asking questions.
Would they publish all the names in the paper? Can they? Any thoughts.
