The Correct PCT

Hello everyone, New guy here.
Here is my first question, I'm on a cycle of Test Cypionate and arimidex for 10 weeks and have nolvadex and clomid for my pct, but after being on this excellent forum and reading up on different pct's I cant figure out which is the correct way to do a pct! I have probably seen 5 different ways to pct, and to be honest it's driving me crazy to figure out which one is the one.

Get some HCG 5000iu's.
On the day of your last test shot start your HCG @500iu/day 10 days , during those 10 days take nolvadex @10-20mg/day, after your last HCG shot wait 3 days and start taking clomid at 50mg/day for 21-28 days..

This is a basic PCT .. be warned that clomid has emotion and depression sides.. some ppl get them bad some ppl dont .. good luck

Thats some heavy PCT - I would think that the HCG for 10 days would be enough for that cycle, or just 3 weeks of clomid at 50 mgs daily

Its better to use hCG on cycle. If you do this, you wont need it for PCT, and you will recovery much faster.

200iu EOD is all you need.

U cant do a post cycle with just hcg .. .. and i did say clomid @50mg/day 21-28 days (3-4 wks) that seems like a lite standard pct to me.

That's what I do, sometimes minus the nolva.

pcts are a funny thing, everyone responds differently to them. Some people can recover faster than others depending on what gear they have run. For me, I run hcg at 1000ius 3 days per week for 3 weeks. (that's if you have long esters for the last shot) then, start nolva at 20mg ed for 3 weeks along with 50 mg ed of clomid for 4 weeks. Works for me very well, but it may not work at all for someone else. Its kind of a trial and error process...

So you're starting the clomid only 13 days after the last test shot? Will it all be cleared in 13 days? Would a 7 day wait be better before starting the clomid?

Usually 2wks is about the norm is referring to test e.
