The BULLWORKER

Rummidging around in the closet, I came accross an old piece of exercise equipment called the bullworker.

I was thinking of using this machine on my off days. What do you guys think, is it worth it?

Has anyone heard of this machine, and is it any good?

I had one of those whaen i was about 15.
I,d say theyre better than doing no exercise, but im sure there are better alternatives.

What the hell is it, and what does it do?

It comes with a book and supposedly you can train all bodyparts with it.. back, shoulders, arms, legs, chest, abs.
