The best way to use Clenbuterol

Hi !

I'm 26 years old, training during 6 years continuously, five times a week. I weigh 100 kg for 1.80 meter (16% bodyfat)

To lose more weight I would use Clen. A friend of the gym adivised me and I would like your opinion.

Cycle 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off. Always take banana + a lot water + taurine + N2 Guard

Morning/noon/night

Day1 20/20/20
Day2 20/20/20
Day3 40/20/20
Day4 40/20/20
Day5 40/40/20
Day6 40/40/20
Day7 40/40/40

Always those damn bros the gym lol. Have you tried eca stack? Clen is pretty brutal. If you're into being fit and healthy, clen does not help accomplish this goal.
 
At 16% bodyfat I wouldn't advise Clen. The only time it's appropriate is if you're prepping for a contest and are already low....even then I still don't advise it. Otherwise you're wasting your time and your heart. It's a dangerous drug.

I'd advise cleaning up your diet, upping your gym intensity, maybe throw in some morning cardio, and if needed, try an OTC fat burner.
 
Just split into two doses. Its what you want to do and You obviously don't want lecturing but you should know that the bad GREATLY outweighs the good with this chem and fat loss can be acheived much easier and healthier naturally. Just gotta work hard. K I'm done

Unless you're eating squeaky clean and I mean SQUEAKY clean you won't even see much if anything at that bodyfat lol

Just gotta turn em loose and let them figure out their mess-ups on their own :)

Is the dosage in mcg and the usage of the clenbetrol is three times a day ?

If you use clen at night, forget about sleeping, don't use it past 3-4pm. In addition, 10 days isn't going to change your life with it, you need to do 2 weeks on/ 2 weeks off for 2 runs. On the off cycle 2 weeks, run N2Slin and cycle N2Burn (pre-workout).

To be fair, it sounds like you can use a good HCGenerate ES+D-spark cycle.
