I am a sucker for desserts when dieting down but this little trick makes it easier and tastes really f'in good
2 tblsp of natural peanut butter and 2 tblsp of fat free cool whip or redi whip...It's only a little bit but tastes amazing and helps me not binge on sweet stuff, definetly try it out
