The BEST lesson you have learned....

So... what is the #1 thing that you have learned while @ EF? Post it up! If possible, post a link to the thread also!

For me.... the list is long. But, the best lesson I have learned is - PCT! I had no clue about it or how to run it before coming to EF. Most of the best thread on the subject have been moved to the PCT board so check it out when you have a chance!

:)

This will sound silly but mine is the whole diet thing. My diet was in poor shape before observing on this board. Im thankful for Mr. X and others who give noobs like me education that I can use. Currently I am eating six meals a day of healthy stuff whereas before I was eating 3 maybe 4 meals a days of mostly unhealthy stuff. I am seeing a change in my body and I havent started my cycle yet. I see now only after doing what they told me how important diet is. I feel awesome and my workouts are fucking amazing now. I feel blessed to have good bros watching over me.

Hmmmm that's tough. Not sure what te best thing I have learned was, but I knwo I sure wish I had found the online steroid community before I started at a very young age.

There are plenty of helpful people here that have helped with diet and cycle help. I recently have gotten shit gear twice. The first expired in 2003, If I hadn't found EF I would have ran it anyway. I wanted something for my money, It would have been a hospital trip that would have cost mega $$$. I also got a vial with floaters in it. Before Ef I would have used a coffee filter to get it out. Thanks to the helpful people here I got a push in the right direction. Pct is one thing that I had no clue about before EF. This place is a public service. Educating the youths of today.

Learned alot about cycling and diet here{when I first got here in 2001 this board was FULL of great info}....also learned when, and when not, to keep my mouth shut.

Also learned that there are always things behind the scenes....Everyone should always watch what they say online, but hey, Im overly paranoid anyways...lol

Thanks to everyone who posted. I had thought that this might become a best of EF thread.... but.... oh well.

K to all of you.

Diet ...................................

I found medline through EF.

But the most imprtant thing I would say is all of the personal experience that everyone shares, that can be way more benaficial then some gym guys word or even a profile from google.

there are some intelligent mofos' on here. I've learned a hell of alot from them. Some are still here, some aren't. But what the hey... their articles and posts live on

Don't worry about who someone is, or how "respected" they are in the "community"...I've found that most of the time "GoodBro69" and "GoldenVet101" don't know anything at all- regardless of hoew Vet-tastic or Bro-a-licious they are.

Read everything, do your own research, and then decide for yourself in the end.

I learned so far that no matter what stage people are at in their BBING carreer that you can always learn more. I enjoy helping out newbies because I wish I had the guidance when I started, I also learned that some people are so stupid I wouldnt trust them with rollerskates let alone a syringe.

Never really thought about how important the diet really was, or how hard it is to diet properly. Tons of good info being tossed around by a lot of people who have been where us newbs are. Thank you to you all.

I learned how to make sense of all the various training and diet ideas I had.

You have research, personal experience, and the opinion of others to guide you, but they can each tell you different things. Getting constant feedback and exposure to new ideas has made me much more competant both in the gym and out. I can focus my mind and energies on what needs to be done.
