Ok im going To definatley do A Cutting Cycle and a bulking Cycle i know what to do ive got everything dialed.

But....

for Best results. Im 12%-14% bodyfat right know A barley see my abs. I was wondering If i should do my cutting cycle right Away or the Opposite Do my bulking Cycle THen Cut.

my bulk will be Test + t-bol
my cut will simply be anavar 50mg -8 weeks

would one yield better results to cut before or bulk before im 185 lbs
 
My opinion, bulk then cut.
I actually do that within the cycle. I try and get where I want and then cut my calories back.
 
Exactly start with 7 weeks of bulk then do 5 weeks of cutting in 1 cycle. If you eat clean food while trying to bulk you will actually burn some body fat along the way!!!
 
I think if you're under 200 there's no point in bulking and cutting. Just try to build lean mass.
 
What the guy above me said! Lean bulk! No point in doing like I did for years walking around at 270, eating at least twice the calories I need most of the year, and going through the hell of loosing 50-70pounds every time I needed to get in real good shape.

Were talking about 500 exces calories f. ex.
 
thanks you talked about lean body mass im 185 with about 13% bodyfat. id like to start of with a 200 with lower than 10% bodyfat around the 8% would be great. So should i Lean Bulk and the Shred The Fat that Will be remaining like about 5%bodyfat. ? continue posting im liking your opinions. I would bulk with Test And t-bol And then do Anavar ( 2orals ) ???? help

Nice LONG term plans. If you train and eat smart you should get their in time.

I agree with Nelson. No reason to cut at your weight unless you're 5' tall. Eat cleanly over your maintenance and do cardio a few times per week.

There's no reason why you can't add some lbm while losing fat on cycle.
