Does anyone else like to run really early in the morning? I mean REALLY early? I love it. I live in a super busy area with tons of cars, people and activity. By 5am, the place is booming. I get up at like 0300 and am running before 4.The best part is this one main street by where I live. It is usually the packed with cars. It is in the city but it usually looks like highway rush hour traffic. It has a ton of lanes going both ways. When I go running early ... it's amazing. I run right down the middle. I feel like I own the place. No cars ... just me and a big empty road. When I am on my way back home, the sun is starting to come up. It's great. Anyone else do anything like that? I can't explain how good it feels.
