I havn't seen any evidence to that effect.
I personally don't think it does anything.. But I certainly don't believe that it increases the actual half life of the drug if that is what you mean..

As stated above (with the study) that it's believed that Naringen increases overall absorbtion of 17 alpha-ethinylestradiol, but we don't know (nor has it ever been studied) the effect on 17 alpha-alkylated steroids.
