How would one use arimidex on a "cruise"? If a person was "cruising" for say a full year, would they continuously suppliment with arimidex?

That would depend entirely on the individual, for most HRT patients(using 150-250mgs weekly) I would suggest lowering/modulating estrogen every 6-8 weeks or so. This way, estrogen never raises substantially throughout the year.

Some individuals may need an AI year-round, and for this I would ONLY suggest using Aromasin, which is much healthier than either Arimidex or Letrozole.
