#6 if you use a non hushmail account you might seriously look into PGP. Use PGP people.

Stands for Pretty Good Protection, and is the best form of email security. I don't think it can be broken. Go here to get it http://www.pgpi.org/ and here to learn how to use it http://www.skuz.net/pgp4dummies/ . It will take about 15 minutes or so to learn how to use, but is definitely worth it.
