Since we seem to be having trouble with simple etiquette:

#1. PM's are not secure, don’t talk about sources through them - email people.

#2 To email someone you don’t post or PM them saying "E-mail me at..." To find someone’s email click on their profile and then click on email user x.

#3 EMPTY OUT YOUR PM BOX its annoying to try to reply (and help) someone who sends out PM's that you cant reply to b/c he didn’t clean out his box and its full - there are many folder (tracking, sent, inbox etc..) clean all of them out regularly.

#4 If you don't know something for sure when posting say "I think.." or "Not sure about this.." or "what I heard is..." to not mislead newbies into mistakes.

#5 Respect each other.

#6 If anyone is using hushmail and not getting responses - don't fret hushmail isn't working properly - if you use a non hushmail account you might seriously look into PGP. Use PGP people.

#7 Limit the "You have mail" threads.

#8 Less flames, more civil communication = True Learning.

Sorry for the Sticky - but this should be remembered. Let this stick for a while please.

Not trying to kiss a mod's ass, but I agree, especially with the annoying, You Have Mail threads. Just look up their e-mail.

I have seen this more than once, like all things on this board regarding Etiquette, its need to be reviewed monthly.

Yes i would have to agree. Even though i am kinda new i have been reading for quite a while. Before i decided to get a name on elite fitness. One thing is certain, that school will be starting soon and then we will not have that many kiddies here fighting and argueing and posting stupid comments . or asking for "sources" or just trying to get big for the summer (and of couse when the summer is over the fade away like mist). Next year well will have tons of them again asking(not searching) and being rude ... but thanks for putting this back up slopain even we oncefrom time to time need to be reminded of how we should treat eachother.
