The 30's something thread....

My thoughts are that my arm is killing me from working today...carpel tunnel...so instead of training upper body I'm gonna have to do legs tonight...which is fine because leg day is my favorite. :D
 
I love being in my 30's and am 35, turning 36 this summer.

30-35 have been my best years so far!! Let the good times continue to roll!! ;) ;) :garza:

34 - and I have to say 30's rock.

20's were cool - because you could be stupid, act stupid and still get away with it - you could party all night and still function but I never enjoyed living as I do now.
 
Yesterday I shaved my goatee off because it was 50% gray hairs.
 
I just recently turned 36, and that sucks. The way I figure it something like...er.....uh....carry the 1........I don't know, I suck at math, but it's got to be at least 10% or close to, of my life is over.
 
31 and look better, act better and better built now then i was ever in my 20s.

I just never get as many chicks now cuz i'm not the asshole i was in my 20s. Now i'm all "nice" and shit. Grrr...
 
I'm just sittin' here contemplating suicide because of digger's cruel and inhumane treatment. lol
 
31 and i'm not having as much fun as i had in my 20's, although that's pretty hard to do because my 20's were wild.

About the only positive is i'm earning much more money.

I wish i could stay 20's forever.
 
I'm 43 and life is pretty good. Yeah there are the daily aggravations that you have to deal with, but it all washes out in the end.


Plus I scored bonus points with a 22 year old girl at the gym with velvett's fudge. So all is good. :verygood: ;)
 
I`ll be 36 in 3 weeks. yay I love it as other people my age get older, I get better. lol

Little by little they start asking for advice and "I think I wanna start working out" lol Sooner or later, they cross over to our side.
 
So many cool people in their 30s.......

As long as I keep myself in good mental and physical shape......I am happy and confortable with my age....

Not to mention......good looks helps too...

Turned the big 30 a few months ago.......can't really see a difference. I have a beautiful daughter, one on the way (three weeks or so) and the most amazing wife in the world. My business is booming, and overall things are so much better than 10 years ago, I say bring on 40 baby. :chomp:
 
we're cool cuz we came out of the "let's all have fun and act silly 80s" generation instead of the "what's in it for me? i want it, and i want it now" current ME generation.

And doing pretty darn well if I might add.....

Went to a party a few weeks ago & saw a couple of people I went to HS with......needless to say I looked gooooood.......yeah baby!!
 
I'll be 33 in December and not much has changed except 22 year old girls aren't nearly as interested in dating me after I tell them my age as they were in my late 20's.
 
well i am definitely one of the old men on the board...i turn 42 next month. i kind of like this age, you definitely come into your own at 40 or so. i like having money and success which i did not have when i was younger. i am young enough to still be in terrific shape, just started using AAS last year after training naturally for 20 years.

it is scary how fast the years go by. you blink your eyes and ten years have gone by. 25 seems like yesterday. we all turn 40, might as well be happy. :)
 
The 30s are great because you are finally starting to make good money yet you haven't hit middle ageness yet. It's a good time to be single.

i know what you're talking about, i'm 36 now, in my school days i was more
the beast than the beauty, sometimes i felt like shit regarding the other
guys how they catched girls, besides my hair started falling out when i was
around 20. now, the game has changed, i shave my head, i train hard since
11 yrs, and feel better than ever before; even the ratio beauty/beast has now changed in my favour, :qt:

30's is where its at. Apparently you lose your sense of humor in your 40's.
But seriously, when I was 29 I dreaded my birthday, when it came, I felt better than I had in years, I woke up happy, it was some wierd shit.

Thank god I have zero ear hair and no body hair.....I would be really depressed then.
