I'm at 250 lbs now. last summer I was 210-212 lbs.

I think I look better with a six pack at 220-225 lbs... than at 12 % at 250 lbs.

Bigger is not better.

I'm 205 now and at my biggest I was 244. Unless you are under 10% at 220 it does not look good and I agree that bigger is not always better. A quality big physique that is also well conditioned is much better. Coming from both worlds I know the difference and unless you don't care about being attractive to most of the population and being healthy, then you can be big just for the sake of having size.
