the 180 egg challenge!

ok right now im shooting to finish em in a week and a half!
with this var helping my protien syn this should be pretty helpful.
any takers to the challenge?
ok im really bored, lol. good morning guys.
 
Well I used to eat 22 whites with 2 yolkes in the morning for breakfast and then 15 whites with 2 yolkes at night. So total = 37 eggs a day.

If you do that for just 5 days you will have eaten 185 eggs. Not that hard to do.
I have managed to go through 360 eggs in 2 weeks before.

Im not trying it again though, you will have egg breath and everyone will keep asking if you can smell shit.
 
get some air spray and new boxer briefs... your gonna be englufed in fumes..you can even market that shit...fartsforyou.com
 
i used to work in a security booth and when people would have to check in i would hold them up for extra time. there faces would curl lol, it was a hideous stench to say the least
 
Ya gotta love takin people down with that egg-methane.. I remember eating too many once and clearing out half a department store.. It gave me a sadistic sense of satisfaction.. Good luck to you and those around you.. haha.. :)

easy. i used to buy eggs by the box (20 dozen...240 eggs) and i used to wipe them out in about a week

i used to use between 5 and 8 eggs per omelette, one or two yolks per omelette, minimum 3 omelettes a day (because i could pre-mix lots of them them and cook on the spot in 5 minutes) so whats that...between 15 and 24 eggs per day minimum...yeah no drama ive done that before for sure

daaaaamn i feel like eggs now!

Seriously. Eating a food that high in cholesterol on a daily basis is not good news at all for your lipids. From first hand experience
 
Like not even a month ago I was eating at least 40 a day for weeks strait but got real burnt out on em. As we speek there are at least 20 dozen in my fridge that I have no clue what to do with. lol

No shit bro .. Even cholesterol-lowering diets allow moderate amounts of whole eggs, but 180 eggs/wk?. One large egg(50gr) contains about 190 milligrams of cholesterol (we should consume a maximum of 300 milligrams per day of cholesterol roughy). But ... most of the egg's cholesterol is in the egg yolk. There is no limit on egg whites, since they're cholesterol and fat-free which is why I buy these like there is no tomorrow. They are quite often sold out of egg whites at the grocery stores around here cause that shit sells so fast. I eat 300mg of whites+2 whole eggs scrambled with Black Beans every day for breakfast. GOod shiat!

There were three medical studies in recent years have agreed that most folks can eat four to 12 eggs yolks/week without increasing their LDL cholesterol. 180 and you should really live each day to its fullest.
 
Where did anyone say they were going to eat 180 yolks?
I was eating 4 yolks a day combined with 37 whites, 5 days a week.
20 yolks a week isnt that bad.

listen fools, i dont eat 180 egg yolks. in the morning its 6 whites and 3 whole. and then b4 bed its 7-9 whites. someone said they ate 40 eggs a day, thats fucking crazy, lol.
and yes, i have the worst bombs i have ever had in my life! and its seriously about every 5 min. but its ok, im not on the prowl at this moment for any ass.
 
I usually eat 8 eggs in the morning all yolks as well, but I do that eod pretty much. I eat omega 3 eggs so hopefully thats a little bit better, I know its alot less cholesterol.
 
The advantage of eating about 20 egg whites as opposed to drinking a large protein shake is what? They both yeild the same amount of protein, cost about the same and yet you spend all day farting, feeling full and have to mess around in the kitchen if you choose the eggs. The 180 eggs in one week challenge isn't so much a body building thing - more like a college boy, how much can you drink game.

Actually, whey isolate has a much higher BV than eggs ... even though whole eggs are the most easily digestible natural, where the percentage net utilization by our bodies is 94%. Because eggs contain the best protein digestion rate of any natural source, eggs are given a protein rating of '100' and all other protein containing food sources are rated according to how digestible they are compared to egg protein.

Whey Protein Isolate has a BV of 159
Whey Protein Concentrate has a BV of 104.

Eggs are good, but, whey is better because of how quickly and efficiently your body can actually use the protein you consume.
 
whatever, i just mix it up. i mean, i just wouldnt feel right drinking a whey drink for breakfast (replace eggs), mrp 2 hours later, whey 2 hours later, chicken rice 2 hours later, chicken rice 2 hours later, tuna rice 2 hours later, then whey 2 hours late (replace eggs). i rather throw in a couple natural sources.
