That pet store don't know what they are in for

i went there today to get my refund because i was told the manager was in,well i get there she isnt,and they had to call her and she basically called me a liar saying i was making things up blah blah and that it was my problem

now im going to put poster's up around town slamming there customer service and stating they are liars about the info they provide on animals

and in turn a pet store out of town may be willing to buy it off me on tue,ill pretty much take anything just to lessen the loss

im not happy but if it hurts their business ill get some satisfaction

the real funny part is when i was in bitching about this some guy was in trying to get money back for a animal that died the day after he got it

i bought a snake because the lady lied and said it was easy to handle and it was very good tempered,but the thing is the devil and cant even be handled and they wont do shit for me

Oh man, i'm sitting here laughing imagining canadian oak nailing giant signs to telophone poles that say

'the management at pet store X sucks'

That just strikes me as funny for some reason. Maybe you should call the store & hang up repeadly too.


Doesn't canada have a Better Business Bureau organization? or a complaint department.
