They gave her ass 60 years. Among other facts :

She had 7 kids and 5 of them her mama was raising. (and you bitches ride my back when I say people on welfare should be required to have mandatory birth control measures implemented)

She had prior acts of abuse towards them and a court order declaring her to stay away from her kids and not see them.

The boy only weighed 26 pounds.

She held him down for 20 seconds and the skin was dripping off his body afterwards.

Her first aid treatment was putting powder on him and giving him childrens tylenol.

The only bright spot that I could find in the whole mess is that they are going to prosecute and sentence the grandmother too for allowing this to happen.

There are some people on welfare not having 20 kids. I don't think it's a welfare issues, it's a cultural issue.

That crime is more common than one would think. My wife worked in a burn unit at a hospital. She would tell me stories of babies coming in with burns all over their bodies. The parents giving some kind of story about how it happened. Some burns just look like they were intentional, but who knows.... Poor fucking babies can't talk and blame the parents. It's fucked up.

"Water was too hot in the bath..." Stuff like that, but some things you see look blatant. Did the spilled Coffee go directly on the kid's hands? wtf? How does that happen?

Too many people in this world who shouldn't be in the same state as a child have free reign to treat them like dogs (or worse) until that is, someone is killed. Then you have everyone saying, "Wow, how did THAT happen?" Then you hear about the bible-thickness files on them for complaints of abuse/neglect whathaveyou and you hear about this child protective agency or that saying, "We are just over worked and underpaid..." or some shit... I have had extensive contact with these people over 5 years or so from the MORON case-workers who can not string two words together intelligently to the assistant of the man who runs the show in the state to the fucking Governor's office...

You know what the ONE factor is that ties these people together?

When you get on welfare, the kids you have at the time you apply is the maximum the govt. should pay.

You are free to have another kid, but the check will not increase with the addition of a new child.

Knowing this, if you are on welfare and have another kid, the govt should implant that birth control stick in you. Isn't it good for 5 years? After it expires you should automatically be disqualified for welfare or govt assistance ever again.


As for the psycho that burned her baby to death in a tub...

A new death penalty: Chain her into a nice comfy, luke-warm hot tub. Then gradually bring the temp up to a boil and boil her until she's dead. Then make pulled pork sammies out of her and feed her to other other death row inmates.

He doesn't want to get involved..." He laughed at letters written by two younger siblings ages 10 and 12 begging to see him to tell him "the truth" about their living situation with their father. His comment was, "I have NO INTEREST in talking to a 10 and 12 year old." and then goes on to grant a NO CONTACT order between the children and the mother and her entire family even though (per the transcripts) there has never been any evidence whatsoever of wrongdoing on the part of the mother just because the 13 year old ran away from her abusive father seeking the protective custody of the mother's family.
