Thanksgiving!!

One of the benefits of being a teacher- my school is out all of next week for Thanksgiving. If there is anything better it is the two weeks off in Dec. for Xmas or maybe the week off in March or maybe its the two months off in the summer. No No I'm wrong- the best thing about being a teacher are all the nice respectful students who enter my classroom everyday ready to learn.

My wife is a teacher and she says the exact same thing.

On a serious note, the kids nowadays have too many outside distractions to be worried about learning anything in the classroom. They learn everything from either TV or the Internet. Kids no longer use their imagination to help themselves.
