Thanksgiving next week...

... anyone else besides me gonna not be "celebrating"? Too much food for me.. Must stick to my diet.. besides that.. if all goes well.. I will be working on Thanksgiving.
 
I'm gonna eat 54 pounds of turkey, about 100 biscuits, piles upon piles of potatoes, broccoli, and maybe even have some pie. :D

Sorry about your diet.
 
Fuck that, I'm planning on a 3 hour feast next Thursday...been dieting way too long, think I'm gonna enjoy myself
 
We are celebrating Thanksgiving on Wednesday and Thursday. This is the holiday that I look forward to the most every single year.

Fuck any kind of diet. I got 364 other days this year to fool with that bullshit.

Well.. its been about 5 months.. and I am more than halfway there.. I think I should be able to get there in 2 months more.. maybe 3..
 
I will be in Utah coyote hunting which means i will be eating dehydrated meals and drinking pop. :(

Here is what you need to do. Eat as much as you want on Thanksgiving. Then on "Black Friday", you need to some serious power shopping. Just pushing through all those damn people and running to the last remaining items will burn off plenty of calories. You could also fight a few of those folks to burn more calories.
 
Speaking of thanksgiving.. Christmas is gonna suck this year, like it does every year too... I have nothing to look forward to except my body looking better.....
 
I have 3 families and I only see one of them a couple of times a year. Thanksgiving is one of those times so that will be nice. I generally see the other 2 sides of my family almost weekly...so it's nothing special. Neither is turkey. I eat a lot of it. So mostly I'm just going to try to stay out of the tempting carbs.

Do you have cheat days? If so, you could use this as your cheat.

If you don't, you should know that a high calorie "spike" every so often will actually increase your metabolic rate and it will work toward your diet (assuming you don't absolutely pig out).

I don't have specific "cheat" days.. but once a week or so.. ill grab either a cookie, or a shake, or a few peices of pizza..
 
I'll eat but not too much b/c I don't want to destroy the body the Marine Corps built me since August. Had to pig out once though, but back to eating small portions of food. Bootcamp shrank my stomach.

I weigh 146 pounds now.
 
I will spend it by myself in my dorm room. Hopefully, I will have enough drugs by then to keep myself in a blissful stupor for the entire four days.

ditto. i was pretty excited to go home and see all my friends but someone stole all my money for my plane ticket.
 
To you it's Thanksgiving. To me it's just Thursday.
