After this Thanksgiving I am going to be LOG Nazi and harass you all

Its time for all of you to ratchet up a level in preparation for Phase 2 ( for those that are staying.
On your Key Lifts Start Pushing it and ONLY log the 4th set with what Weight you used and how many reps, try to improve THAT number each time.
It is absolutely KEY to log this.
Legs:
Leg Presses , Squat
Calves:
Last series of Seated Calf Raises
Back:
1 Arm Rows
Traps:
Shrugs
Biceps:
Barbell Curls
Triceps:
Press downs
Chest:
Incline Presses
Cable Fys
Shoulders:
Military Presses
