I would like to give a big thanks to everyone that posts on this forum. I came here and did my research before my first cycle,and could not be happier. The first thing i was told to do was research of course, then i was pointed to the diet forum. I feel that this is the one thing that made my gains so great. I complelely altered my diet. I even posted my day by day diet in this forum to get some responses. All in all couldn't have done it with out you guys. I started at 6'0 and 171 lbs. The heaviest I hit on my cycle was 198! I had a buddy that ran the cycle with me we went shot for shot and he made no long term gains. His diet and facts about how the juice worked was all wrong! Anyways I have been off now for 4 weeks and i am still in the 190's. Today i weighed in at 193.5. Not sure if the weight is gonna fall off or not....But the weight i did lose was because i took my diet from 5000 + to about 2500, trying to get those abs back,the got a littel blurry. Thanks again boys and girls.

p.s. i was always considered a hardgainer!!
 
Well the diet was a eat all day thing. Started off by eating so often that i was getting sick, but when i started i could go all day and never think about food one time. So needless to say i needed to give my belly a nice stretch. The diet was mostly chicken and tuna, but here is the one thing i think made a big big difference. MILK!! I had atleast one gallon of milk a day. So my day consisted of milk, water, chicken, steak, tuna, pasta, and yes i had cheat days on sunday where i would get a couple double 1/4 pounders. Also I made sure my protein count was through the roof. The milk alone was like almost 200 grams of protein. Also EGGS, I work night shift so, i would boil a dozen eggs every other day or so and every second i had at work i stuff an egg in. Next veggies. I ate a ton of vegtables. In my opinion the milk and the eggs made the difference. One other thing i had protien that was 24g of protein a scoop. I would take one scoop with milk before the work out and 2 scoops were in the car mixed with water, i would drink that on the drive home, and then hit the milk and tuna when i got there. I had very very little bloat. Face became fuller but never fat. People have told everyday since how good i look, also the stretch marks are here :< The cycle was 400 test a week and about 5 shots of deca at 300 until i got fucked, but we wont go there. So all in all the cycle was test. Good luck boys.
