As i have been posting i started cutting wednesday.....I will not weigh myself until friday but i can feel and see im loosing b/f already.(yes water i know) I have tried the CKD diet 3 times never worked until now. You really need to do the numbers and cant just eat no carbs all day...Thanks Mr. X
