I ordered last week and i had nothing in the mail yet to my surprise, so i called up needto. There was a mix up at paypal, no fault of his at all. He immeadiatley says he's throwing in a free need2slin with my order. I'm like shit wish paypal would fuck up more often, LOL. Thhen he proceeded to tell me how to incorperate it and what i should expect. Just great customer service, Thanks alot bro it's muchly appreciated. Be buying again soon!!!!

Thanks bro. I do my best to set my self apart and far far far above the rest when it comes to shipping,customer service,refunds and quality products. If someone is just looking for the next popular name brand that you can get at any other sup company then I am not the guy. If you are looking to get thrown into the pile of cash money numbers for some bi company then I am not the guys.

Yes there are some other little guys out there. Some other companies with some "pretty good" customer service and some "pretty fast shipping" and some may even give "half refunds". I do admit other companies do at least try a bit. But lets face facts. You put my products,shipping,returns,free shipping,customer service, and some times even prices up against any other sup store out there and they fall so short its like watching magic johnson slam dunk on larry bird. Ya they may be able to throw a few 3 throws here and there. But NTBM is taking it to the whole and slam dunking that shit. No stopping it ether. Get the 3 throw shit out of here boy!!!!!!!!!

Yes, Angel is so kind with her customers because I have called before and she is SO polite, and needto is real cool and always willing to make deals. I like to have friends of mine call for product information while I listen to ensure that all is running well. I can tell you that Angel and Needto run a heck of a business with great business ethics and great consumer service. Its a pleasure and honor working for NTBM and have no intentions of leaving period!
