Thanks for the Squat help, FINALLY got it down

Have always been very week on my Squat in good form. (guys I lift with called it "John's Good Morning Squat", always fell forward)

Tried Front Squats last week for the first time and didn't care for them all that much. BB style and PL style and of the two actually prefered the PL style (yeah I know now "mekannik", LOL)

Then started reading all the various threads in here on Squat and figured some shit out;

- I was always spreading the floor right but wasn't driving with my heels
- I'm pretty tall and always set the bar really low on my traps
- I was always looking forward and maybe slightly up but never enough

Yesterday set a new PR for myself in perfect form!! 2 sets of 365 X 5!!

Set the bar higher on my Traps, Drove with my heels & looked towards the sky. Even felt good!!
