i to have thanked crum, im using a variation of a toned down diet he posted. This is what im on now.
1) Oatmeal + shake or oatmeall with 3-4 egg whites.
2) 6inch turkey breast sub with lots of veggies, or 6inch chicken breast sub with lots of veggies.
3) post workout shake, 50g whey, 50g dextrose.
4) 2-3 pieces chicken breast with veggies or, 3-4 pieces of fish with veggies.
5) 1 8-10 ounce ny steak with veggies.
6) sometimes tuna with egg whites.
now im thinking of changing #2 to a tuna sandwich with veggies. Also now that my protein blend finally came, im thinking of having a shake in between meals and possibly changing the steak to an earlier meal, but thats gonna be very hard because the only meal before that is usually my post workout, and i cant have the steak early because im in school. Anyone have any suggestions for this diet? id appreciate it. Also if u can post some good fruits to be eating while cutting.
Lastly a little sidenote i usually do 20 mins of light cardio after my workouts, except leg day, should i take my 50g whey, 50g dextrose shake after my workout or should i be waiting 20-30 mins? Next week ill have glutamine tho and will be taking that right after the workout, just not sure about the protein.
