maybe you should expand internationally. i hear there is a sweet pad in pakistan that was recently vacated.
Got to love the economy..2nd house I have put a contract on in the past week...4 bedroom ,garage, yard ,nice area...all for $5400 mortgage owed was 70,000...last week lost one over a few hundred dollars of my $5500 bid...lol fucked up thing? rents for 800 a month...in miami i was paying $19000.00 a year on rent hahaha
needs drywall work,paint and carpet..have the house done in 5 days ready for move in...

got mine on a 181k mortgage.. 4 yrs ago it was sold for $265k
PITI $1375.. rentable in this area $1875 or $2400 on a "contract for deed"
I think I'll be staying, but we are purchasing in Naples area this summer..
