Just a quick thank you to Quadsweep for taking the time to post his leg workout and article about leg day! My husband took me through it this morning and although I still feel like throwing up it was a GREAT workout!!

Here you go, Quadsweep's leg routine. We went through this today and trust me it rocks. My wife hung tough..... :p Load as much weight as you can handle and hammer it out, you will be breathing like a freight train! :chomp:

This is not what I am doing now as I am several months away from 100% recoup from the quad tear. I will get back to this I am sure. already leg pressing 800# for reps of 10!

Leg press

Hacks
2x10 450/540

superset with/

Sissy squats
2x20 Bodyweight

Lying leg curl
3x10-12 120/190/190

superset with/

Seated Leg Curl
