Yeah, it seems I've read some shit like that before too. Kinda like one of those places that prays on tourists.

I've been a tourist in Thailand for over 3 years. Provided you take some simple precautions, it's a safe place to be. There's plenty of places in the US that are far more dangerous.

One of my local pharmacies is like a steroid supermarket. rHGH over the counter too. A lot of it is displayed in a glass cabinet for all to see. Even a large legit pharmacy has Enanthate over the counter. That's the one doctors in Thailand like to prescribe for TRT.

Anything you can't find locally you can just order in over the Internet...legally.

The problem I have is finding health supplements, and what you do find is very expensive. Whey protein powder is ridiculously expensive.

Just to add... If you're going to Thailand, don't be stupid: stay away from narcotics, don't be an ugly tourist, don't be an ass. Do those things, and you'll be fine. If you don't go because of the stuff you read about pirates, you have no idea what you're missing. Seriously. Go. Now. Thank me later.

True! When I went my bags were full of protein and BCAAs. So much so, I had to pay the "over weight limit" charge!

They do not prey on tourists at all only Thai peeps, you have to really break the law in stupidity to get in any trouble they would rather smile, turn there head and ignore whatever your doing then take the time to write a ticket out, they are paid 7$ a day so you think they care all that much? It is by far the best place to go !

Excuse my ignorance...but is it actually 100% legal to purchase AAS OTC in Thailand? In other words, are the Thai pharmacists providing gear to you openly and LEGALLY or are they providing it on the D.L. just for the cash....

Legally to buy steroids you're supposed to get a prescription from a doctor, which I imagine wouldn't be very hard. But, since all the pharmacies that carry gear will sell to you over he counter, most people don't get scripts. But, if you break it down purely on a legal basis, then it is officially illegal to buy without a script, but again, the only reason you would get caught is if you're doing something else that is obviously illegal. Use common sense and you won't have any problems.
