Ok I read your new diet and I think its awsome. I read through 150 posts and no way am I getting through all 650 so can you help me out with these questions:
1st- according to the original diet , you have to drink whey in the mourning. I'm freakin hungry, I mean really hungry in the mourning. I have to eat something. Is it ok to have like 6 egg white omlet w/ 1 slice of fat free cheese, and 2 servings of whey instead of 3?
2nd-This diet can get pretty expensive, so I was wondering if its ok to replace the salmon with like 2 cans of sardines in oil?
3rd-For veggies, is it any veggie ok? My mom makes this Veggie side dish with zuchini, white onions, green and red peppers, all cooked in olive oil. Also is cottage cheese ok?
4th-I have oxydrene and testrogel lying aroudn just waiting to be used. Is it ok to use them on this diet?
5th- Sometimes i'm stuck not to eat for 3 hours is that a problem?
6th-What do u mean by alternate heavy weight and light weights? 1 week heavy, 1 week light? or each workout a couple of sets heavy and then a couple of light? which one??
I sound like a fucking newbie, but I couldn't find these answers in like the first 150.

It doesn't matter what you eat (with in reason, don't eat hog sweat and refried beans and shit like that) as long as your eating every few hours and your meeting the nutrient ratios for your weight.

Sardines in oil, you are a sick man - I like it. Do what you have to do. Hunt if you have to. Snatch and illegal alien off the streets and eat him if that's what it takes.

That sounds good. Cottage cheese is fine but cottage cheese mixed with illegal alien meat is even better. (more protein)

Throw that shit in the trash and eat an illegal. See if you can return them from where you bought it from and buy a solid protein powder or mrp instead.

Don't get stuck, break through barriers and fucking do it. The hell do u mean "i'm stuck" - fuck all that. Handle your shit like a man.

1 Week heavy, 1 week light. I don't care what most people tell you, but the way you train doesn't fucking matter if your goal is to lose fat. You will lose fat if your diet is proper and you remain active. I would stay heavy most of the time though to maintain strength and prepare you for when you have to hunt them illegals.

Don't fuck up on me.


 
ahaha thnx man. I might get me one of those illegal's and have some fun with him. I'll let u know how i'm doing on this hell hole of a diet. keep it real

I think that your crumdiet post was probably the best thing I have ever read online... It was very cool to see everybody's progress...

I started your diet last week.. I started off on the Modified to get used to eating all that food.... I weigh 275 pounds at about 18 percent BF (6-2). I am getting about 350 grams of protein a day (4 meals - 3 shakes). I do have a question though... I do cardio at noon on my lunch break, weights after work. Should I be having 2 carb up meals???? Or should I have my carb up meal only after the cardio... What do you think?
