Texas Poligamy Sect?

Weirdos. As a sect broken from the LDS (Mormon) church that originally practiced polygamy until 1890 when it was deemed illegal in the United States. They stopped the practice to follow the mandate of "Upholding the laws of the land".
These polygamists are a sect that didn't want to stop polygamy and formed the FLDS, or Fundamentalist church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.
They are crazy.
Not the mormons though, they are really down to earth nice people that are normal in everyday life. They only have a few doctorinal differences between them and the Traditional Christianity formed in th 16th century. Mainly that God and Jesus are spearate beings, with flesh and blood. Knowing that christ ressurected and people saw and touched him is irrefutable evidence of this. Nicest people I know.

Anyone that professes Jesus Christ is their Savior is a Christian. No matter the doctorinal differences. There's nothing to argue that, no matter how strongly you feel otherwise. Mormons believe that Jesus Christ is their Savior and that he died for us on the cross for our sins, and we will be saved by his grace. That's essentially what they believe. Tell me how that core belief is not Christian.
