How easy is it to mask the use of steroids and get not test positive on a blood or urine test or is it completely impossible to do that?

Its pretty hard thing to do unless you have a medical team of doctors behind you. Have a search on google to see because urine tests should be the one you could beat as blood I feel is almost impossible.

diluting a sample is considered a fail regardless so it doesn't matter

Look up the detection time of whatever steroid you want to use and make sure to stop using it that amount of time before your drug test.

you can look up detection times but thats not always fool proof either... as steve pointed out you will still get a failed test diluting it and while detection times are a base to go off of, i have seen MANY people fail outside of that window

If you want a clean test then don't use steroids. I hate to put it so bluntly but that's the truth.
