Why is this form of test so rare? The half-life is ~34 days which would make it ideal for those on HRT. Any ideas? Cost, sides, painful, etc?

With that long of a half life it would be a little difficult to find that initial perfect long term dose.

But it is the longest ester I know of so I am not sure why it is so rare. I have used it and it is not painful at reasonable concentrations. It will hold at 500 mg /ml but I found that to be painful. No pain at all at 300 mg / ml. The cost is comparable to the other test esters.

Undecanoate is in Sustanon. Prolly 14-16 days to clear.
Enathate and cypionate accomplish the same thing, probably no need to mass produce redundant products

Ok, my internet search brought up incorrect info. Regardless, you get my point with the ease of use argument. It seems doctors could find what doasge on needs via enth or cyp and then switch you to undecanoate for ease of use and money savings.calveless wonder said:

I agree that test undec is the logical choice for HRT since the blood levels would remain the most stable with this, the longest, ester. Since the cost of the raw hormone that I have seen is comparable to the cost of the other test esters, I am not sure why the undec ester is not more widely used - especially in the medical community.

My Dr uses test p for himself once a week. I know this violates the half life logic but he says it works for him.
I did test p twice a week and was happy. Got used to the pin. Also did sust once a week and was happy. Doing a topical ed and that is fine too.
