How long does it take to reach "normal" 4:1 after being on gear?

10 weeks on enthanate, 4-5 weeks of pct, how long will a piss test show abnormal ratios? Seems like such a basic question and I cant find an answer anywhere.

Or since Test E stays in your system for 3 months, is that basically the answer? I was under the assumption that the ratio and the trace elements of E were different.
