Alright then! 1mil every 5 days it is then. So you think this will be better then .5mil ever 3.5 days? I no its hard to measure out .5mil but there are ways around it.

I can't wait to start. Looks like i will be jumping on with a friend this monday. Heres to hopefuly putting +5kgs on! ha

Can anyone help me with a post cycle? I don't mind how much it costs, im only buying one 10ml vial of testosterone so i will definetly have money for a good PCT.

I was thinking osmething like this

My Post cycle:
Day 1-10: 50mg clomid(100mg day 1 and 2), 40mg nolva
Day 11-20: 30mg nolva
Day 21-30: 20mg nolva
Day 31-35: 10mg nolva


But im not sure when to start it, etc. And what i should be using during hte cycle to minimize sides.

Its a very light cycle so

Clomid
50mg ed for 3wks at night before bed .

Nolva
20mg ed for 4 wks

Start pct 12 to 14 days after last test shot.

Alright just printed that out and we are good to go. Is there any need for an Aromatise Inhibator? If so, what do you recomend?

Also this is how my workout is structured at the moment:

Each day consists of 6 exercises.

Week A: 5 sets of 6,6,8,10,12
Week B: 5 sets of 10,10,12,15,20

Monday: Chest

Tuesday: Shoulders

Wednesday: Triceps

Thursday: Biceps

Friday: Back

Sunday: Legs

Would that be sufficent for big gains? All the excercises are well planned out and are from a workout program given to me by a body builder at my gym.

What has your training looked like to this point? Really depends on you and what you've been doing. What you want to avoid, especially on cycle is injury. I have my own theories on this but I really think that too many people end up lifting heavier than they need to while on.

Up your volume and go a bit heavier but don't go too heavy. Your tendons aren't growing like your muscles are and you can achieve great results without the risk.
