I know that there are many similar threads like this one and I read them but most of had different replies.
STATS
- 20 years old
- 168 lbs
- 5’7 ½” (been at this height for almost 3 ½ years, possibly still growing)
- 10% bf
- Big 3 total = 705 lbs (almost 3 years of workout)
REASON
- Bench+Deadlift+Squat total stuck between 685-710 lbs for about 7-8 months.
- Bodyweight and muscle mass is not going up.
- I did eat more and perform different workout routines.
CYCLE
This is my first cycle and I’m only going to use Testosterone Enanthate.
- 10 weeks (70 days).
- 250mg every 5 days.
PCT *** (HELP ME HERE)
Nolvadex and Clomid (Only PCT stuff that I can get, others are not available here but note that I’m running quite a low dose for my cycle)
After spending much time researching many forums and articles I found that Clomid is usually used only during PCT. Nolvadex instead can be used during the cycle and PCT but sometimes stacked with Clomid for PCT only.
2 weeks after last injection (PCT for 4 weeks)
Clomid 100mg/day + Nolvadex 40mg/day (week 1)
Clomid 50mg/day + Nolvadex 20mg/day (week 2)
Clomid 50mg/day + Nolvadex 20mg/day (week 3)
Nolvadex 20mg/day (week 4)
OR*
Nolvadex 20mg/day - week 6-10 of cycle or if gyno symptoms appear (during cycle)
Nolvadex 10mg/every other day for 2 weeks right after last injection (1st and 2nd week)
Nolvadex 10mg/day + Clomid 75mg/day 2 weeks after last injection (3rd week)
Clomid 50mg/day (4th week)
Clomid 25mg/day for 10 days (5th week)
I never had gyno or its symptoms before.
So should I run Nolvadex during cycle or after?
Could someone design a better cycle and pct for me, or is mine good enough?
And I’m not interested in stacking or adding 500mg/week as this is my first cycle.
Is my PCT long enough, if not explain?
