Hey guys just wanted to hear some peoples advice on a test injection. I have test cypionate in the good ol' stockpile from GP labs. I am 6 ft 0, 198 lbs and body fat? well I haven't checked it in awhile so i would have no idea but if i were to guess it would be very low because I diet clean. This is why I need help. For a weekly or twice weekly injection how much do you guys recommend for me. I have heard 300 to 2000mg a week is recommended on a 6 week cycle. This is a first injection for me as I am graduating from pro-hormones and moving to the big leagues (and much safer league it seems) and a lot of buddies say that for a starter anabolic and a great mass builder cyp is the way to go. at your body weight and height I would tell you to hold off on the chemicals and eat and work out. From your size you do not have a good enough platform yet to add steroids. You will gain a little bit but then youre gonna turn right around and loose most of it. Thats how it works bro.

100 % agreed with Zed . Diet and training needs to be on point and do tons of research before using steroids.
 
I would normally agree with everyone above but it also depends on body type I think as well. I have dieted hard and trained hard for about seven years and I'm an ectomorph and at 6' about the heaviest I ever weighed was 200lbs. Now maybe as I get older the weight will come easier but AAS was enough to push me over the edge to hit my goals. I now sit 220 and I firmley believe that I would not have gotten this far without my first cycle but that just my opinion man. I'm not saying dont listen the guys they now their shit but I've done my fair share of trial and error and research. Good luck man.
 
Bro I'm an ecto 6'2 I could not get over 200 pounds no matter what. Until I put all my efforts into dieting eating at the right times never missing a meal and downing shit loads of carbs and fat. Now I'm 250 pounds and I notice things like if I have a day or 2 where I like miss a meal the weight just falls off. Aaa was not my answer I just had to be more dedicated. But I'm cycling now so maybe aaa is the answer. lol
 
2 grams-yum yum,no really Zed has a point but more than likely your gonna do it anyway-your best results are gonna be 10-15 weeks with cyp.Run 2cc a week of what ever you have(200 mg/250 mg) so your total being in the 4-500 mg range.Make sure all ais and pct already on hand bc you will need.Split pins 3 days apart.
