Im new to all this and have jus started a course of di anibol 5 mg tabs and testonon injections , im 9st 8 and im.sick of being small , im training using a bench , straight bar, curling bar and dumbells , i plan to use 3 ml of the test a week and im.currently taking 8 di anibols a day , any input on what im doing would be great cause as said im new to all this and could do with some advice
 
lift and eat.. that's all you need until you do more research

What are your stats like brother? Age ? weight, height, past experience?
 
If that is all you are taking you are in for a rude awakening.
How old are you?
How long have you been lifting?
What does your meal plan look like? Post one days eating.
 
For those who don't know.what stones are he is 9st 8.. which is 134lbs..

Im 27 , 5ft 8 and eat loads , ive been training for about a month , my job is really phisical and i burn alot of calories , im using this as a starting point and as prev stated i dont know anything about steroids or what works , all im askin is what advice would you give on dosage to start with then progress to , please dont bother posting unless its constructive cause im not interested in arguements or bullshit just advice , i only want to gain a stone and half so dont really need to go nuts on the juice , im toned cause of my job i just need to bulk up a bit

One month is no where near ready for steroids not giving u bullshit advice... Good job for going for one month but u need at least one year man if u stay with it for one year and spend ur money of food and supplements you will gain just as much if not more than u would on juice. Not to mention if u juice your tendons will not be adapted to lifting heavy weight and ur going to snap some shit up not being a dick it's the truth...

you do realize you have to workout to build muscle right? you can't just take steroids.

also your workouts suck. where is your leg work? just upper body training huh?

i have 2 links in my signature. a workout split and a bulking diet. get on both of those for the next 5 or 6 years then come back to worry about steroids

Unfortunately, steroids are not the quick fix you're looking for. There is no quick fix. The gains you would potentially make on this cycle will inevitably dwindle away because you are merely a novice, very inexperienced weightlifter and need a solid, wrote out and thought out diet plan that you know works. Since your experience is so lacking, you couldn't possibly know what works. Have you even tried building a natural base with spot on diet and solid lifting regimen? I would say no because You've been lifting for a month and now youre looking for a way out. It's a marathon, not a sprint. Go build a solid base for a few years and put some effort into it. Please listen to the advice on this board before you screw yourself up with anabolics.
