Is this real or fake? Went to website and its all in spanish and guess what I dont know how to read it.lol. Has halo on it everything looks legit on the gear. theres just one thing im kinda iffy about and its the metal cap on top I can turn it with my fingers but its not like its very loose I can just turn with some force. Is this bad? I have 2 vials and they both do this
